1 – Our fees for a rental property
One month’s rent including taxes but including utility charges, with a minimum of 2000 euros taxes included. This is only payable if we successfully find a property for you and it is payable on signature of the rental contract.

Our fees are due on final signature of the acquisition contract with the “Notaires” (Solicitor). In France, all property contracts are signed in a public Notary’s office.
